At Madharasi, we work hard to ensure your favorite streetwear reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Pan-India Delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹79–₹149 (depending on location) will apply.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • During peak festive seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Wrong / Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will require re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India. Stay tuned as we expand our services globally.
