At Madharasi, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully designed streetwear and T-shirts. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

    • Items purchased on clearance/sale.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email us at support@madharasi.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the product, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or wrong.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit / coupon code equal to your refund amount.

Exchanges

  • If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll prioritize sending you a replacement or issue a full refund.
